The founders of Baseline Evaluations Corporation have spent decades as educators in diverse education environments – from teaching young students to instructing professionals on skills improvement to helping develop highly disciplined and trained men and women officers in the military. Because we have “been there” we know what a profound impact a masterful instructor can have on engaging students of all ages and empowering them to achieve their very best. We also have experienced the power that good teachers have on helping their students develop a positive learning attitude.
Because we wanted to share this knowledge with other teachers in a way that would help improve their own skills and benefit their organization, we developed our evaluation methodology as a way to give all parts of the learning environment the knowledge and tools to adopt best practices and achieve the goal of instruction excellence for their students, the schools and their profession.
