E. Arthur Self,
Chairman
Dr. Self has responsibility for the strategic direction at BEC, and also becomes involved in other aspects of the company as needed. Dr. Self is the Dean of the School of Business at Northwest University. He has been the president of SPU and Malone College as well as being active in founding and leading many businesses.
Erik Fretheim,
CEO
Dr. Fretheim has responsibility for strategy and operations for BEC, including sales and marketing. Dr. Fretheim is an Adjunct Professor at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. Prior to joining BEC, Dr. Fretheim was the founder of Xpartners, an international business acceleration firm. He has been a Chief Technical Officer/Chief Information Officer for several companies including Peek Traffic, i5 Digital, DealPlanner, and Grange Insurance Group.
John Mohan,
Chief Evaluator
Mr. Mohan is responsible for training and leading the evaluation staff at BEC. He is also the primary representative of the company on standards bodies. A highly experienced instructor evaluator, John has performed over 12,000 evaluations. He was the founder and former owner of Mohan Skiing and Snowboarding. John has experience as a long-time public school teacher, has taught at the University of Washington and Northwest University, and received numerous teaching honors.
