Evaluations Tailor-Made
for Your Learning Environment
BEC designs every evaluation program to meet the specific requirements of your learning environment. All evaluators have an extensive background in evaluation and work only in the areas in which they are experienced. Elementary evaluators have taught elementary school, for example, and college evaluators have taught college.
Each of our evaluators has:
- A minimum of seven years experience educating others in group situations (K-12 teacher, Higher Learning Educator, Professional Organization or Corporate Trainer).
- A Master’s Degree, Significant Industry Certifications (CISSP, MCIE, CPA, CFP) or professional equivalents.
- Five years experience in training and/or supervising other adult professionals.
- Five years experience in providing written job performance evaluations.
- Training and certification in evaluation techniques.
