Baseline Evaluations offers On-Site Instructional Evaluation, Coaching to Enhance Performance and Instructional Effectiveness Certification. Each of these services provides significant value to instructors and their employers by allowing effective, objective measurement of instructional performance and recognition of the most effective instructors, and establishing the criteria needed to set consistent standards for instructors.
BEC can evaluate one or all of the instructors in an organization and provides feedback to the instructors and the administration. The evaluation includes certification of qualified educators by the Institute for Effective Instruction (IEI).
