On an individual or group basis, BEC uses the issues and information pinpointed in the on-site evaluation to help instructors and organizations enhance their skills, determine best practices for their situation and improve individual and overall instructional excellence and quality. To maintain continuity and adhere to institutional requirements, coaching is provided by the same experienced professionals who conducted the evaluation.
